尚、以下の本文にありますように「２年以上の資格取得有効期限」をお持ちだった皆様の資格は、既に最終認定日から２年に修正されています。

日本のPeakPilates認定インストラクターの皆様へ
平素よりPeakPilatesをご愛顧いただきましてありがとうございます。
PeakPilatesでは、学びに終わりはないという信念のもと、認定資格維持のために2年ごとに14単位のCEC（継続教育単位）取得を義務付けています。
さらに、ワークショップやマスタークラスへの参加、コンベンションへの出席を通じて、指導法の研鑽やクラシカルなワークへの理解が深められると確信しております。ピラティス業界のすべてのトップスクールは、このような継続教育を資格取得の要件として掲げています。
このたび、当社プラットフォームのシステムに不具合が生じていたことが判明いたしました。通常、PeakPilatesの受講生がコースを受講すると、認定有効期限はリセットされ、新たに2年間の有効期限が設定されます。これはレベルI、II、III、マット、FitCore™を含む、あらゆるピークピラティス®認定コース受講時に発生します。
つまりPeakPilatesが提供する養成コースのいずれかを受講するたびに「時計」がリセットされ、2年間の有効期間が新たに始まる仕組みです。しかし今回の不具合により、有効期限が累積で計上される事象が発生していました。このような仕組みは最適とは程遠く、講師としての成長や拡大にはつながりません。
当社カスタマーサービス部門において本件を問題として適切に認識できておらず、その結果として混乱を招いてしまいましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。
今後同様の問題発生防止の為、システムの修正作業を実施いたしました。累積年数の有効期限を、最終認定日から2年間にリセットいたします。
尚、これまでに取得したCEC（継続教育単位）は有効期限リセット後も繰り越して加算されます。また、更新に必要な単位を取得する期間として、延滞料金を一年間免除いたします。
このたびは、多大なるご不便およびご混乱をおかけしましたこと、ならびに本件を早期に発見・対応できなかったことにつきまして、深くお詫び申し上げます。

Dear Japanese Students,
We appreciate your dedication and commitment to becoming certified and working toward excellence. At Peak we believe that education never ends and that is part of the reason that we have the requirement to take 14 CECs every two years to stay certified. Additionally, we believe that in taking workshops, masterclasses, and attending conventions you add more polish into your teaching, and you enhance your understanding of doing and unfolding the classical work. The top schools in the Pilates Industry all uphold this same requirement of continual education.
Recently it came to our attention that we had a glitch in our platform’s system. Normally, when a Peak student takes a course, their certification expiration date resets and the two-year period begins. This should happen when you take any Peak Pilates® Certification be it Level I, II, III, Mat or FitCore™. The ‘clock’ basically resets, and your two years start from the beginning. However, the glitch kept adding years on, in some cases, resulting in certifications that wouldn’t expire for 6 years.
As you can imagine, this is far from optimal and does not result in your growth and expansion as an instructor. We further understand that there was confusion from our customer service department who did not realize this was a problem. For that we are sincerely sorry.
We have worked to rectify this problem so that it will not continue in the future. We have reset dates for expiration of those accrued years to 2 years from the date of the last certification. You will be awarded any CECs you have taken to go toward renewal. Additionally, we will waive any late fees for a period of one year while you take the necessary credits to renew.
